If you have any issues with your order, please email hello@sparklbands.com. Please allow at least 2 business days to hear back through email; possibly more during the busy season or sales. We want you to love every one of your Spark'l products and will help you find a resolution or a different band that will work for your needs. If you need to speak with a manager, please request one in your email correspondence.
Our policies are in place to protect our business and keep our costs and prices as low as we can. We may make reasonable exceptions to our return policy on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
We have the right to refuse service to any customer at any time. If you purchase a final sale item and decide to file a chargeback for whatever reason, we will consider it bullying and you may be suspended from Spark*l for 30 days and any outstanding orders may be cancelled. Here at Spark*l, we are happy to work with you however we will not tolerate bullying or manipulation of any kind.
Refunds, Refurbishment, & Exchange Policy
To reward our customers and focus on sustainability stewardship, we often have limited-time discounts on Spark*l accessories. When an item is purchased and then offered at a further discounted price at a later date, we will not adjust the price paid or refund the difference. Pricing at the time of purchase is final pricing, and price adjustments are not accepted. This includes flash sales, Spark*l Special items, live show discounts, and any other price discrepancies.
Yes, we are happy to change the embellishments and adapters on any Ready to Ship accessory that has not yet left our studio for a $35 charge. Snaps or buckle changes will incur a separate $35 charge. These fees will be invoiced via email and must be paid before any changes are made and before the accessory is sent to our shipping department.

Yes, we will change the embellishments or adapters on most accessories for an initial charge of $50 (price includes shipping fees) and an additional $35 fee per additional item shipped within one shipment. This is a Refund. This option is available to you for up to 3 days after you’ve received your item if your item was purchased at full price for a refund via the original payment method or store credit.
We would love to help find you something you love, but if you absolutely do not love your item, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving your original purchase as long as you have not worn your accessory (no exceptions). Please email hello@sparklbands.com with the subject “Return Request” including the order number and a member of our Concierge team will send you a shipping label via email. Your accessory must be unworn and in its original condition. The item must arrive at our Spark*l Studio and be approved by our Spark*l returns department before you will receive your refund. If you are returning an article of clothing, it must be in the same condition as originally purchased, unworn, and does not smell of perfume or smoke. Refunds or exchanges on accessories purchased through a third party will not be accepted.
Should you cancel or return an item purchased on our app, any loyalty credit earned will be retracted from your account credit balance. If your account credit balance is insufficient, the loyalty credit amount will be retracted from the refund to the payment method.
Once approved in each stage of the return process, you will receive shipping and return confirmations through your email!

This is an Exchange. This option is available for up to 3 days after receiving your item if you have only tried on your accessory. Your accessory must be unworn and in its original condition (no exceptions).
We want you to love your accessory, so if it doesn’t fit or you aren’t completely in love with it, we will help you exchange it for a different accessory, no problem! Please email hello@sparklbands.com with the subject “Exchange Request” including the order number and a member of our Concierge team will send you a shipping label via email. Your accessory must be unworn and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange accessories purchased through a third party. You will receive shipping and return confirmations through your email!

This is a Repair. We offer this service to repair or replace hardware as long as we’re in business as part of our Lifetime Replacement Warranty.
We pick up and process returns daily, and it takes about 1-2 days for us to ship it out again. You will receive shipping and return confirmations through your email.
Additional Policies
Spark*l reserves the right to implement a Modified Return Policy on accounts that exceed our returns threshold.
If placed under our Modified Return Policy, future returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the amount refunded back to your card. This means that upon receiving your return, you will be refunded 80% of the total item value.
You may choose to receive your refund in store credit, which will not be subject to the 20% restocking fee. However, $20.00 will be deducted for return shipping costs.
Additionally, all refund requests must be approved by management and you will have to contact hello@sparklbands.com to make any returns in the future. Orders that were refunded due to an error made by Spark*l will not count toward the refund count or return rate calculations.

If you do not complete your Post Customization after checkout within one month (30 calendar days), we reserve the right to cancel your open order and credit your purchase to a Spark*l gift card/credit until you are ready to repurchase and customize.
If you are having trouble completing your customizations, our team is ready to help! Please email our concierge staff at hello@sparklbands.com or call during business hours (Mon-Sun 8am - 4pm PST) and we would be happy to walk you through your options.
We do not recommend moving snaps as it can lead to unwanted holes, dents, or imperfections and will be reviewed and approved/denied on a case by case basis. If approved, snap adjustments will require a $50 charge and will make the accessory final sale.
